Located in the countryside, surrounded by fields intended for market gardening, this pretty villa with its U shape offers functional and intimate spaces, beautiful volumes and a neat decoration. 30 minutes from the beaches of Sausset les Pins and the Camargue, near Aix en Provence and Marseille, its location offers many leisure or cultural activities.

Mooi, verzorgde, ruime en comfortabele bungalow met buitenkeuken (+wc, bbq en douche). Zwembad werd elke dag proper gemaakt. Verhoogde vloer vooraan in het zwembad was aangenaam voor de kleine kinderen. Wel veel muggen! Onmiddellijke omgeving was geen hoogvlieger maar werd aan het zicht onttrokken door bomen. Ligging wel ideaal voor uitstapjes naar Marseille, Arles, Aix-en-Provence, Les Baix, Sint-Remy-de Provence,... We misten wel wat kookpotten. Vriendelijke communicatie met de verantwoordelijken.

Die Anfahrt war nicht schön, vorbei durch Industriegebiete und zahlreiche Raffinerien. Das Haus liegt direkt zwischen Gewächshäusern, die Einfahrt, also der Hof sahen schon gar nicht einladend aus. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Bei Anreise roch es im Haus sehr streng nach Chemie. Nach einem Tag lüften war dies wieder weg. Es war insgesamt sauber, allerdings waren die Böden sehr schmutzig, was an den sehr schmutzigen Socken aufgefallen ist. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, aber nicht herausragend. Nur französisches TV. Die Außenbeleuchtung hat nur zu 50% funktioniert. Die Sicherungen flogen mehrfach raus, z.B. bei einschalten des Handtuchtrockners. Der Pool ist ok, die Umandung ist aus rauem Stein, an dem man sich schnell verletzen kann, was auch passiert ist mit blutigen Wunden. Für Kinder nicht geeignet. Schönes Grillhaus. Preis Leistung 3.200 Euro für eine Woche Anfang September, war m.E.n. 1.000 Euro zu hoch.

Je suis extrêmement choqué par votre commentaire totalement abusif auquel je me dois d'apporter une réponse. En effet pour commencer vous avez pris possession des lieux à 12h alors que le ménage n'était pas fini (au lieu de 16h) et l équipe de ménage n'a pas pu terminer correctement car vous avez investit les lieux sans aucun respect pour l'équipe de ménage; Vous avez cassé une margelle de la piscine (cela fait 4 ans que nous louons la maison et il n y avait jamais eu ce genre problème) que nous avons du réparer a nos frais (sans vous demander quoique ce soit) Il y avait une petite odeur au niveau d'une salle de bain ? il suffisait comme je vous l'ai expliqué de faire couler l'eau car celle ci n'avait pas été utilisé, et d'ailleurs vous ne m'avez jamais fait de remarques la dessus. Il y avait effectivement un petit problème électrique avec une lampe extérieure (résolu depuis) mais cela était indiqué au check in (survenu le séjour précèdent )et ce soucis a depuis été réglé. Les commentaires précédents prouvent bien votre mauvaise foi car heureusement nous avons eu des locataires tout au long de l'été et maintenant depuis 4 ans qui ont su apprécier la qualité de cette maison , tout comme vous d'ailleurs (ironie du sort) lorsque nous nous sommes vu au check out ou vous m'avez bien signalé que vous aviez passé un très bon séjour ..... Je trouve donc votre commentaire peu objectif ce qui n'est pas dans l'esprit de ce site.

I have to say that arriving at this beautiful Villa was like a dream come true! The privacy and all facilities were outstanding. Every corner in the house had his charms and we spent 10 days and would ‘t want to go back home. If you are looking for a relaxed time in beautiful surroundings with family or friends in this area of South of France I highly recommend. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Wonderful villa near Berre l'Etang, with its large spaces and wonderful swimming pool will win you over at first sight! The house with its own car park is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Inside it is equipped with everything you might need, from an oven to a barbecue, from a dishwasher to a washing machine. The only downside is that the private bathrooms in the bedrooms are not equipped with toilets, the only ones are in two small bathrooms in the communal areas and one in the pool area.The place is quiet and strategic for visiting both Provence and the Camargue! Check in and check out with Cedric very helpful and friendly! Super recommended!

We stayed here for a week and had the best time! The location is only a short drive for Aix en Provence as well as lots of lovely vineyards. The villa was beautiful and the pool was so lovely in the summer time. We would definitely come back here.

Mooie woning ,redelijk afgelegen. Met de auto is de regio goed bereikbaar. Er is wel wat omgevings lawaai (weg,trein ,landbouwactiviteit)

La maison était conforme aux photos et très fonctionnelle. Nous y avons passé un bon moment entre amis.
Néanmoins, nous avons du demander des ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud dans la maison, ce qui était difficilement vivable les premiers jours sans.
Concernant la cuisine, je dirais qu'elle est très bien équipée en terme d'électroménager mais les poêles et casseroles mériteraient d'être changées car elles sont vieillissantes et un peu sales.
Enfin, la région d'emplacement de la maison est quand même sans intérêt, avec pour voisin les entreprises de pétrochimie et des champs de maraichage, absolument pas agréable à la vue lorsque l'on sort de la maison.

Nous avons pu passer un super séjour en famille dans un cadre reposant et une maison grande et très propre. On note la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes. La bouteille de rosée du vignoble d’à côté qui nous a été offerte à notre arrivée est un petit plus bien apprécié. Il y avait tous les équipements nécessaires (et de la jolie vaisselle) et le poolhouse nous a permis de faire des barbecues devant la piscine ensoleillée !

Villa très propre et bien équipé! Elle est beaucoup plus grande en réalité que sur les photos! En plus, elle est très isolée, ce qui permet de passer des vacances calmes sans interférences/discussions avec des voisins, elle donc parfait pour un séjour avec des amis ou avec la famille. Très bonne communication avec les responsables de Serenity Rentales! 30 minutes de Aix-en-provence et 30-40 min de Marseille!
