Ground floor:
A superb gym as well as the TV lounge are on the lower floor, opening directly onto the garden and swimming pool.
Exteriors:
Linen, towels and bath sheets are provided. The beds are made ready just before your arrival. You will find cosmetic items in the bathrooms and some cold drinks in the fridge.

You will be welcomed by a Serenity Rentals Manager who will introduce you to the property, give you good addresses and will remain available during your stay.
Free cancellation up to 45 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
CANCELATION :
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 45 days before the date of arrival will receive a 100% refund (minus 100 euros for administrative fees). Vacationers who cancel 45-30 days prior to arrival will get a 50% refund. If the cancellation is made after the dates indicated, vacationers will not get any refund
