A farmhouse of 250m2 transformed into a charming house, with swimming pool, in absolute calm in the countryside of the small village of Charleval. A few minutes from the most beautiful villages of the Luberon. Loft style, beautiful open spaces, lots of personality. Five bedrooms. Sleeps 10 people. Close to the international golf course of Pont-Royal. An ideal place for holidays with friends.

The cicadas, the lavender, the sun that heats the fields: we are in the countryside, two kilometers from the small village of Charleval, with the Luberon for the backdrop and the Durance for the shore.

Outside:

A traditional, rectilinear farmhouse in the shade of large trees. Here, we often live outside: the pergola houses a large table for family lunches and a hammock for a nap.
Children will certainly prefer to dive into the 11x4m swimming pool, which is located a little apart, secured by a barrier, or play in the beautiful fenced 1600m2 garden. Games for parents and children: table tennis, pétanque, ....
You can park 4 cars on the property.

Inside, we find the old stones, the wooden beams, but the decor is much more contemporary and the layout inspired by the loft style: a successful marriage between Provencal authenticity and modernism, served by eclectic furniture and very decor. personal.
